Experience Consultant

Growing up as part of the Bosnian diaspora, I’ve been navigating different cultural norms my whole life. And it was early days when I first appreciated how the smallest experiences of one’s life act as pieces of a puzzle that forms a complete picture of who we are.

It was this realisation that sparked an enduring interest in identity formation, leading me into the field of anthropology, and eventually experience economy.

While it’s no novel idea that the customer is central to successful branding, that the customer is themselves changed by their interactions with a brand, as they are by any other experience during their lifetime, is something I find totally fascinating. When looked at in this way, consumption becomes a holistic experience, and that’s pretty cool.

At Neobotanik, I get to help clients create an unique and influencing experience for their customers by unpacking the unique aspects of their own brand identity — all while adding another piece to the puzzle that is my own life.
